From Sunday 21st January, our meal prep system will begin to take place every fortnight to ensure that you are covered for up to 5 days worth of highly nutritious meals.
The curries/stews we prepare will be frozen for at least 24 hours, and delivered in a sealed package that can be heated up in the comfort of your home; in a microwave or an appropriate saucepan of boiling hot water.
A single order consists of 2 meals for 1 person.
A couple’s order consists of 2 meals for 2 people.
A meal consists of a curry/stew with a grain (usually rice/quinoa) and 2 sides. The 2 sides will be provided with enough to be split across the 2 meals.
Every fortnight, there will be a new selection meals. You can order up to 3 additional curries/stews to keep in your freezer and warm up at any time during the week.
Deliveries are scheduled every Sunday from 9am – 12pm. We deliver locally on Portsmouth Island (PO1 – PO5) and extend to the following postcodes: PO6, PO9, PO16
