About this Product
The RAW Fusion Meal Prep’ system takes place every fortnight to ensure that you are covered for up to 5 days worth of highly nutritious meals.
Raw Fusion provides dishes made entirely from plant-derived ingredients, catering to individuals who prefer or require a vegan or vegetarian diet. Very rarely do our foods contain nuts, soy, or gluten, and we cook & prepare our foods in kitchen’s that are cleared of meat, dairy products, and nuts. Be sure to check our ingredients for each meal before making your purchase.
The curries/stews we prepare will be frozen for at least 24 hours, and delivered in a sealed package that can be heated up in the comfort of your home; in a microwave or an appropriate saucepan of boiling hot water.
A meal consists of a curry/stew with a grain (usually rice/quinoa) and 2 sides. The 2 sides will be provided with enough to be split across the 2 meals.
Every fortnight, there will be a new selection of meals. You can order up to 3 additional curries/stews to keep in your freezer and warm up at any time during the week.
Deliveries are scheduled every Sunday from 9am – 12pm. You can make your order up to 12 days in advance.
